Principle Business International NV was founded in 1976 by Mr. James G. Mitchell and his wife Mrs. Winalee Mitchell, American business owners and inventors of the Pillow Paws® disposable foam slippers. Over the years, they built their small family business into a thriving and well-respected international company. On September 1, 1995 the Mitchells transferred the ownership of Principle Business International NV to their trusted employees Mr. Patrick Vandereyken and his wife Mrs. Lucia Banken. To this day, they remain the proud owners and managers of the still growing company, with over 30 years of experience in business making.

Principle Business International NV is the manufacturer and exclusive main European distributor for Pillow Paws® slippers and socks, Patient Supports® positioning supports and Tranquility® absorbent products for the management of incontinence. Our healthcare products are designed to address risk factors and care protocols that can materially effect the quality of life for individuals in hospitals, nursing homes, clinics and home care settings. We distribute our products through official medical supplies dealers all over Europe and have been successful in establishing long and fruitful business relationships.
