Principle Business International NV was founded in 1976 by American entrepreneurs Mr. James G. Mitchell and Mrs. Winalee Mitchell, the inventors of the innovative Pillow Paws® disposable foam slippers. What began as a small family business grew under their leadership into a thriving and internationally respected company.

On September 1, 1995, the Mitchells entrusted the ownership of the company to their loyal employees Mr. Patrick Vandereyken and Mrs. Lucia Banken. Today, they remain the proud owners and managers of this dynamic and steadily growing enterprise, supported by more than 40 years of business experience.

Principle Business International NV is the manufacturer and exclusive main distributor of Pillow Paws® slippers and socks in Europe. Our products are designed to address risks and care protocols that directly impact the quality of life of individuals in hospitals, nursing homes, and home care. Through a network of official medical distributors, we have built long-standing, reliable, and fruitful partnerships across Europe.
